Ha!! That would be almost 4 decades of information. Good luck dragging that out of me.
Instead of giving a full biography and writing a book for everyone I'll simply just state things that are more NOW oriented and possible plans for the future.

I don't claim to be Buddhist, Taoist, or Hindu but those three beliefs describe my personal belief system better than any other religion I have studied in detail so far.
I was raised Christian and do not reject Christianity as being 'wrong.' I respect all forms of peaceful belief and religious systems.
I am happily single.
I consider myself to be physically attractive.
I do believe there are 'better' people than others. But this belief comes from simple to understand differences in examples such as; a blood-thirsty serial killer vs. Oprah Winfrey. Of course I will say Oprah Winfrey is 'better' in the areas of; morals, probably intellect (but there are intellectual criminal minds out there), compassion for human life, and more than likely a greater level of tolerance for human differences.
I do believe it is possible to build one's own self up to a position of being better tomorrow than yesterday. I believe this is accomplished by not only strengthening the mind AND body, but also by increasing beneficial human values such as patience, compassion, and love for other living beings.
